Remarks: Hannah Holland. City of Philadelphia. Widow. House wherein she dwells in Frankford purchased of administrators of John Harrison, she bequeaths to children of late sister Ann Rowley, viz., Richard, Edward, Horatio and Isabella Rowley. Her other property in Frankford to nieces and nephews, Mary, Ellen and Benjamin Molyneaux. Land in Philadelphia to kinsman William Singleton. To nephew Thomas Musket, lot now occupied by Hugh Christy. To niece Hannah Holland Musket, house occupied by Joseph Britton. Other property in Philadelphia and in Burlington, N.J. to be sold, and money from such sales to all nephews and nieces excepting John Molyneaux to whom she gives $400 only. Legacy to Revd. Matthew Carr. Exec: Sd. William Singleton and Anthony Groves.
