Emeline Rowley

I Emeline Rowley of the City of Hudson in the County of Columbia being in the full possession of my mental faculties do make this as my last will and testament, as follows, first that my lawful debts be paid by my personal representatives. Also I will devise and bequeath to my mother Elizabeth Rowley during her natural life all the real estate whereof I shall or may die seized and the interest of my personal Estate to be paid to her yearly from and after the settlement of my Estate. Also I will give devise and bequeath unto my Sisters Elizabeth and Jerusha and to their Heirs, Excutors administrations and assigns all such real estate whereof I may die seized and also all my personal Estate that may be left after payment of my debts subject to the said life Estate of my mother in the real Estate & allowing to my said mother the interest of the avails of the personal Estate during her life, and incase either of my said sisters shall die without lawful issue the surviving sister shall take and by this will be entitled to all the right and interest of such deceased sister. And I do hereby appoint my said mother and my said Sisters as Executrices ---  of this my last will & testament.
