In the name of God, Amen. I David Rowley
of Nassau being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and
memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in
manner and form following, that is to say,
First, I give and bequeath to my eldest son Isaac Rowley one bed and bedding that is one feather bed one pair of sheets one pair of pillows and cases, a tick and a quilt.
I also give and bequeath to my second son Bamsley Rowley the sum of one hundred Dollars and my best clothes when I am done with them, and a piece of full cloth if I do not have it made up.
I also give to my fourth son Enoch Rowley the sum of twenty five dollars and a bed and bedding that is one feather bed one pair of sheets one pair of pillows and cases a tick and a bed quilt.
I also give and bequeath to my fifth son David Rowley the sum of fifty Dollars a bed and bedding, that is one feather bed one pair of sheets one pair of pillos and cases a tick and bed quilt.
I also give and bequeath to my Grand daughter Candace Neal the following articles, two feather beds two under ticks one bedstead and a good cord four woolen bed quilts two calico pieces bedquilts two woolen blankets nine pair of linnen sheets nine pair of pillow cases fifteen towels four square tea towels four table cloths a large round table a small stand one bureau six chairs and a small paper trunk a little wheel a pot and dish kettle tea kettle spyder and bake kettle skillets shovel tongs hand --- wash tub two wooden pails a tin pail three tin pans two stone pots two wooden bowls six puter plates a platter two puter basins a puter teapot six table spoons six tea spoons six silver tea spoons six knives six forks a tin pie plate a tin cannister an earthen platter a funnel grater --- eleven earthen plates five bowls sugar bown small earthen mug milk cup salt seller mustard pot quart tumbler quart handle glass a flowered pitcher nine flowered tea cups and saucers vinegar ----- two clothes baskets two candlesticks ----- comb case a large looking glass a pair stone juals(?) a pair of flatirons three chunk bottles three flour --- ----- a blue and white blanket netting all around it a high posted bedstead and ----- two pack(?) in a kettle a set of copper plate curtains one silk gown a spring muslin gown a little china gown a pink gown a blue chintz gown yellow chinese gown a Dimity petticoat a ---- and cotton long shawl a Cambrick shawl two pair of silk gloves seven pair of cotton stockings two pair of mustell stockings, two pair of Moroco shoes seven linnen shifts three check ---- aprons a linning handkerchief a large red shawl one band box and the large bible and the sum of Seventy five dollars which is for those things that may be gone with the West bedroom for to keep her things in as long as she remains single.
I further give and bequeath to my wifes granddaughter Rachel -------- a string of gold beads
which said several legacies or sums of money I will and order shall
be paid to the said respective legatees as follows: the property is
to be delivered within one month and the second of money is to be paid
within one year after my decease.
I further give and devise to my third son Ashbel Rowley the use of all that my messuages & tenement situated as follows: lying and being in the Town of Nassau, County of Rensselaer together with all my other freehold estate whatsoever to hold to him, the said Ashbel Rowley during his natural life after which to his heirs forever. As to all the rest residue and remains of my personal property goods and chattels of what kind and nature so ever, I give and bequeath to my third son Ashbel Rowley which is to be his by paying out the several aforesaid legacies and keeping me during my lifetime, with the debts now against me. And Lastly I appoint Ashbel Rowley and David Wolcott Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of June one thousand eight hundred and thirty.

You and each of you are hereby cited and required personally to be and appear before our Surrogate of our county of Rennsselaer at the Surrogate office in the city of Troy in said county on Thursday the 11th day of November next at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day to attend to the probate of the last will and testament of said David Rowley deceased, which will then and there be offered for that purpose.

Ashbel Rowley being duly sworn deposeth and saith that he did personally
serve a copy of the above citation on the 22nd day of October
last upon Candace Neal and that at the same time this deponent shew said
Candace Neal to this citation affixed; and this deponent further saith that
the deponent and the said Candace are all of the next of in of said deceased
living in the county of Rennsselaer, and deponent further saith that David
Rowley, Enoch Rowly and Bemsley Rowley live in the county of Warren and
that Isaac Rowley lives in the county of Steuben and that the above named
persons are all of the next of kin of said deceased who left no widow
surviving him. And further deponent saith not.

I, Heman Rowlee, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory (blessed be Almighty: God for the same) do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say). First-I give and bequeath unto my oldest son Matthew Rowlee the sum of two hundred dollars: Second-I will and bequeath unto my second and third sons Nathan and Elijah Rowlee the sum of two hundred dollars each: Third I bequeath unto my oldest daughter Loas Rowlee the sum of five hundred dollars: Fourth I will and bequeath unto the heirs of John Blauvelt the sum of fifty dollars: Fifth I give and bequeath unto the heirs of Daniel Coe the sum of fifty dollars: Sixth I will and bequeath unto my daughter Lydia Rowlee the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars: Seventh I will and bequeath unto my granddaughter Charlotte Rowlee the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, and I also will unto my grandson Joel Curtis two dollars and fifty cents : Eighth and lastly after paying all my just debts and
legacies out of said estate I will and bequeath unto my son Heman Rowlee all my real and personal property which said several legacies or sums of money and I will and order that one that be paid at the expiration of two years after my desease and the other half be paid at the expiration of three years, to the said respective legatees: that is exclusive of the legacies that shall be due to the heirs of John Blauvelt and Dan'1 Coe which I order to be paid when each of their eldest heirs shall arrive at the age of twentyone years with the interest after three years after my decease. In the name of God, Amen, I John B. Rowley considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and following, that is to say:
First I give and bequeath unto my son John Rowley the following described lands to wit. The North half of the North West quarter of section fifteen township Eighty Four (84) Range from East of the 5th P.W. Also the South West Quarter of the North West Range from East of the 5th P.W. Also the South East of the South East of the South West quarter of section five township 84 range 4 east of the 5th P.W. containing fourteen acres. Also all my personal property of whatever kind that I now possess or hereafter may acquire..
Second- It is my will that my son John shall support me and my wife Mary Rowley as long as we may live and at my death my said son shall support and take care of my beloved wife Mary Rowley as long as she may live..
Third and lastly I appoint son John Rowley sole executor of this my last will and testament..

Holmes clerk of the circuit court in and for said county, do herby certify that on this day as the May term AD 1871 of said court the will and testament in writing hereunto annexed and bearing date on the 21rst day of September 1865 was duly proved before and allowed by said court as and for the last will and testament of John B. Rowley late of said county deceased and was said and ordered to be granted(?) as such will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal of said court at my office in Andrew in said county this 19 day of May 1871..

I, David Rowley of the Town of Magnolia, in the County of Rock, and in the State of Wisconsin, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of thie frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament; That is to say, first after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residence of my estate, real and personal, I give bequeath and dispose of as follows, to wit.
To my wife Rhoda, all of my land on which we now live, consisting of between twenty seven and twenty eight acres and appurtenances situated, thereon and all that appertain to it; being in the town of Magnolia, in the county of Rock, and state of Wisconsin now possessed by me; during the term of her natural life, and after her death, my daughter Almira P. Moon shall be paid one dollar, my son Arvah M. Rowley shall be paid one dollar, and Lucinda E. Rowley shall be paid five dollars.
I give bequeath and divise all the rest, residence and remainder of my real and personal estate to my son Alvah L. Rowley now living or to his heirs. Likewise I make, constitute and appoint my said son Alvah L. Rowley to Executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former will by me made..
In witness where-of I have here unto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the eighth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six.
