In the Name of God Amen.
I Alexander S. Rowley of the City of Hudson in the County of Columbia and State of
New York being of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding, and aware of the brevity
and uncertainty of human life, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my last
Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say.
First-- I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay and discharge all of my
lawful debts funeral and testamentary expenses out of the personal property belonging to
me at the time of my decease.
Second-- All the rest, residue and remainder of my personal property, of every name,
nature and description, and wheresoever the same may be situated or found, I give and
bequeath unto my beloved wife, Julia A. Rowley to be hers absolutely and at her own
disposal.
Third-- I give and devise all of my real etate, situated in the State of Texas
to my son James V.W. Rowley to have and to hold the same to him, his heirs and
assigns forever.
Fourth-- All the rest, residue and remainder of my real estate and property, and
wheresoever the same may be situated, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Julia
A. Rowley aforesaid, to have and to hold the same to her, her heirs and assigns
forever.
Lastly-- I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said beloved wife, Julia A.
Rowley the sole Exectrix of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any
and all former Will or Wills by me at any time heretofor made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the Tenth
day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty six.

| The foregoing instrument in writing, was at the date thereof subscribed
by Alexander S. Rowley the Testator above named, in the presence of us and each of us, he
at the time of making said subscription,acknowledged that he made the same, and declared
the said instrument so subscribed by him to be his Last Will and Testament. Wherefore we
then and there, at his request, and in his presence and the presence of each other,
